Tubes

Asicomo supplies special qualities, for example high temperature application and special mechanical properties tailored to our customers product needs. 

Tubes are supplied in welded plastic bags with the default label (measurement/batch number and production date). We offer delivery of flexible tubing with dimensions from ID = 0.5 mm in different colors (both solid colored and translucent) and in different hardnesses (20 to 80 Shore A ±5), standard in 25 meter lengths as well as in cut lengths to customer specifications.
Asicomo A/S supplies special qualities, for example high temperature application and special mechanical properties tailored to our customers product needs. All our standard tubes comply with the German BfR and the North American FDA standards for silicone rubber in contact with food. The tubes can be produced in a cleanroom (Class 100,000 in production and Class 10,000 in packaging). Our silicone tubes fulfill ISO 10993-biocompatibility. Many of our tubes has standard hardness 60 Shore A ±5, in transparent quality for food contact usage and for medicinal purposes. Analysis results can be obtained if the customer wishes. Silicone rubber tubes can be sterilized in an autoclave, by electron irradiation or ethylene oxide.
