Asicomo uses production equipment at the highest technological standard which applies to machines and automation equipment.
Our mould concepts include needle nozzle system or open gate for high-volume flash free productions. The advantage of using the needle nozzle system is that waste is minimal and we have the ability to control the injection to extreme precision. Our needle nozzle systems guarantee the highest quality finished products.
For special thermoplastic which does not get a chemical bond to bonding silicone, Asicomo has a vacuum plasma treater that can help with the process. Our quality control is implemented according to customer requirements and is tailored to the specific production. This allows the customer to be reassured of receiving the right quality.
