Simple and complex cross-sections
Silicone profiles are applied within the industry for sealing and absorption of vibrations
Silicone profiles are applied within the industry for sealing and absorption of vibrations, for example, as gaskets for industry ovens, doors, autoclave-seals. Besides supplying running-meter products, we also offer you semi-finished parts, such as cut-offs, glued and moulded profile articles, profile-rings and square profile frames.
Silicone rubber is resistant to UV-radiation, ozone and a large number of different materials and solvents
Silicone profiles maintain their properties and long term flexibility in the temperature range -60°C to +210°C: certain special qualities will resist even +300°C and higher temperatures (short term conditions).
Special low-temperature qualities maintain their flexibility down to -100°C.
Silicone rubber is resistant to UV-radiation, ozone and a large number of different materials and solvents.
As standard, our silicone profiles are supplied in hardness 50 and 60 Shore A ±5. We can also deliver profiles in other hardnesses from 20 to 80 Shore A.
We offer to develop customer-specific coextruded profiles with a “hard” fixing part and a “soft” sealing lip or chamber:
